I’m Katia! A creator, student, and founder of Embody Power Collective.

💐 I started this brand because I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself. To question your worth. To constantly chase an identity that never quite feels like yours.

But I also know the power of choosing yourself and expressing your authenticity through your mind, body and how you show up on the daily. From someone who used to believe they had to change themselves inside and out to be accepted, I’ve learnt how to express myself in a way that LITERALLY lights me up on the daily and now I want you to do the same! ✨

Embody Power Collective was born out of that journey.
