Life lessons learnt through grief
Near the start of May, I lost my grandma—η γιαγιά μου—the woman I was named after. It was my first real experience with grief, and it cracked something open in me. In that pain, I found perspective: you don’t need anyone’s validation to be worthy, overthinking is stealing your joy, and real purpose comes from connection—not achievement. I hope what I’ve learned can bring you some light too.
